What is a Gyro?
Gyros (yee-ros )is a traditional Greek sandwich that is made with selected beef or beef and lamb meats seasoned with zesty spices, thinly sliced and piled high onto a fluffy handmade Pita bread served with lettuce, tomato, onion and feta cheese. Our traditional Gyro sandwich is topped with our very own flavorful Tzatziki sauce.
A perfect gyro is made with seasoned lamb or beef. The sandwich maker cooks strips of the meat when the sandwich is ordered, heats pita bread on a griddle or grill, and then serves the meat on the bread, topped with the sauce which is usually garnished with lettuce and tomato.
- In addition to beef and lamb we also offer chicken gyro, which is a favorite.
